• At least HS graduate
• Min 2 years if the candidate has only high School degree. Min 1 year if the candidate has only Diploma. Fresh grad if the candidate Bachelor degree in Hospitality. For any field of education a candidate must have 2 years experience as a minimum
Task Description:
• Implement all instructions & directives coming from Section Head / Central Lounges Manager and ensure that all staff follows.
• Follow the instructions from Store Coordinator / Supervisor.
• Supervise and participate in the daily movement.
• Enhance the company image at all times by giving above-standard quality of service to all our valued customers.
• Must have knowledge in preparing all Store Daily Reports on time i.e. Duty Manager Passenger Statistics Report, Delayed Flight Order Statistics, food & facility temperature records, inventory and shift end report.
• Ensure high quality of food and service on all areas covered.
• Must have knowledge in preparing requisition through UCAS.
• Monitor and check non-moving goods stocks and report to Support Coordinator.
• Pickup of foods from Production kitchen area.
• Delivering all food items from Unit to Lounge premises.
• To take Delayed Flight Orders and to act accordingly as per the department manual procedure.
• Ensure on time Delayed Flight food pick-up and delivery as per the department manual procedure.
• Monitor all U1 Private Order and ensure to deliver on the exact time. Checks all requested items as per the requisition slip and to apply the department policy procedure.
• To load / offload all lounge & delayed flight foods as per the time required in the operation.
• Must clean / wash all used equipment with proper safekeeping procedure.
• Collect all newly ordered equipment for proper safekeeping.
• To collect staff soiled uniforms with proper record / inventory and to be handover to Unit Laundry in-charge for washing.
• To receive staff washed & cleaned uniforms from Unit Laundry with proper counting / checking.
• To issue staff uniform as per the department policy procedure.
• Attend morning briefing with the Support Coordinator.
• To act and perform any other related duties assigned by Section Head / Central Lounge Manager.
