Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule tasks for workers, subcontractors, and vendors to optimize productivity and maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in the civil construction industry, showcasing a deep understanding of site operations and challenges.
Proficiency in construction management to streamline project tracking and reporting.
