Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Allocate tasks to team members based on skills and project requirements, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage to facilitate project tracking and cost management.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or related field is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or related industry, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges on-site.
