Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all on-site interior fit-out activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of skilled tradespeople, providing clear instructions and performance feedback.
  • Manage material deliveries and inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring materials are available when needed.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate execution of the design.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Enforce strict adherence to quality control standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship throughout the project.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, documenting activities, challenges, and solutions.
  • Resolve on-site issues and conflicts, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Implement and enforce site safety protocols, creating a safe working environment for all personnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or equivalent in construction management or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications in construction safety and first aid.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
  • Exhibits a proven track record of successful project completion within the interior fit-out industry.
  • Displays proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and technical specifications.
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, methods, and best practices.
  • Possesses excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. and Strong physical stamina to work on-site.
