Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site works and labor distribution.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor material usage and report requirements to management.
Coordinate with engineers for daily site updates and progress.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman in building construction.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site safety practices.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple site activities.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Flexible to work on different sites as required.
