Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for basement projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Oversee construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are performed correctly and on time.
  • Develop daily work schedules and allocate resources to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
  • Act as a liaison between workers, project managers, architects, and engineers to report on progress and address issues.
  • Coordinate equipment rentals and material deliveries.
  • Quickly address and resolve on-site issues to prevent project delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Civil is mandatory
  • Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on construction experience. Proven Experience in basement construction: underpinning, excavation, concrete, drainage, waterproofing, or finishing.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • UAE driver’s license is an added advantage and reliable transportation.
  • Candidates who can work on day and night shifts are preferred
