Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

▪ Promote and sell Forex trading services to potential clients through calls, emails, and online channels.
▪ Generate new leads and build a strong client base by identifying and reaching out to potential investors and traders.
▪ Explain Forex trading products and services clearly to clients and assist them in account opening procedures.
▪ Provide guidance on Forex platforms, trading processes, and market trends to help clients make informed decisions.
▪ Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

▪ Stay updated on global financial markets, currencies, and economic trends affecting Forex trading.
▪ Record and manage all client interactions and transactions in CRM and reporting systems accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile

▪ Experience: 0.5 to 3 years of prior experience in Forex / Tele Sales / Financial Services / Banking / Investment Products.
▪ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
▪ Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory; additional languages will be an advantage.
▪ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive speaking ability.
▪ Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and Forex trading platforms..
– Good understanding of currency markets, financial instruments, and trading concepts.
▪ Client Handling: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

▪Location: Must be willing to work from Sharjah, UAE
