Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Load and unload materials from incoming trucks and shipments.
• Move products to storage areas with the required care and precision.
• Accurately track inventory levels and report discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and aisles.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Document and sign off on completed tasks and movement logs.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunction or needed repairs.
• Participate in occupational safety meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background required.
• Valid forklift operator certification and proven track record of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to perform physical, manual tasks safely and effectively.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of warehouse management practices and inventory systems is a plus.
