Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines, efficiently managing resources to maximize productivity.
- Supervise and guide a team of civil workers, providing clear instructions, performance feedback, and fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promptly addressing any issues to prevent accidents.
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications, translating complex designs into actionable tasks for the construction team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses civil forman a related field.
Holds certifications in construction safety and relevant trade skills.
Demonstrates at least 5 years of proven experience in civil construction projects, showcasing practical knowledge.
Prior experience in infrastructure or building projects is highly desirable.
