Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Foreman – MEP is responsible for supervising daily mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at the project site to ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and according to drawings and specifications. The role includes assigning work to labor and technicians, monitoring productivity, enforcing safety rules, coordinating with subcontractors and engineers, checking materials availability, and preparing daily progress reports. The Foreman must ensure good quality of work, solve site issues quickly, and follow project standards and company procedures at all times.
