FPV Depot Manager (Emirati National) YOSH HOSPITALITY LLC OPC

1. Operations & Business Management: - Oversee daily operations of FPV Depot (online store, inventory, logistics, and customer fulfillment). - Ensure efficient inventory planning, stock accuracy, and supplier coordination. - Monitor KPIs related to sales performance, margins, stock turnover, and customer satisfaction. 2. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: - Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations related to drones, radio equipment, and e-commerce. - Coordinate with relevant authorities (e.g., TDRA, customs, logistics partners) for permits, approvals, and imports. - Maintain documentation for national security, product traceability, and compliance audits. 3. Sales & Commercial Strategy: - Develop and execute local sales strategies for FPV products, accessories, and private-label items. - Manage pricing governance, promotions, and partnerships with clubs, pilots, and institutions. - Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships within the UAE and GCC. 4. Team & Stakeholder Management: - Supervise and coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams (in-house or outsourced). - Act as the primary local representative of FPV Depot with suppliers, partners, and government entities. - Support Emiratization objectives by fostering local talent and knowledge transfer. 5. Brand & Community Development: - Represent FPV Depot within the FPV, drone, and tech communities in the UAE. - Support events, workshops, and initiatives that grow the local FPV ecosystem responsibly. - Ensure brand positioning aligns with safety, compliance, and innovation standards.
