Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop original clothing designs, including sketches, technical drawings, and specifications, ensuring innovative and market-relevant concepts.
  • Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to identify emerging styles, fabrics, and consumer preferences, informing design decisions.
  • Create detailed tech packs for each design, including construction details, material specifications, and measurements, to guide production.
  • Source and select fabrics, trims, and other materials, considering quality, cost, and sustainability, while adhering to project budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Associate degree in Fashion Design or a related field provides a strong foundation for design principles and industry practices.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software such as Adobe Illustrator or similar for creating technical drawings.

  • Possesses a minimum of 1 years of relevant industry experience, showcasing practical knowledge of garment construction and design development.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and manufacturing processes, demonstrating industry awareness.
