Freelance Graphic Designer ITP Media Group

Requirements

• Design and produce high-quality, on-brand graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  
• Develop and adapt digital marketing materials such as banners and ad creatives
  
• Create visually engaging assets for campaigns, events, and brand-related initiatives
  
• Work within Canva to produce scalable design templates and collaborative content
  
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and brand teams to translate creative briefs into visual assets
  
• Stay current on social media trends and apply them to creative work
  
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design output
  

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of social media and digital work
  
• Proficiency in Canva is mandatory
  
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
  
• Excellent understanding of platform-specific formats, resolutions, and best practices
  
• Strong layout, color, and typography skills
  
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a wider team
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• High attention to detail and a passion for quality design
