Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Freelance Designer will be responsible for overseeing and producing all design-related materials for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent outputs for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

The designer will manage a wide range of creative projects, including but not limited to:

  • Company branding and visual identity design

  • Logo creation and brand development

  • Brand guidelines and consistency across all platforms

  • Company presentations and pitch decks

  • Website design (UI/UX layouts, visuals, and updates)

  • Landing pages and web banners

  • Business cards and corporate stationery

  • Brochures, flyers, catalogues, and product sheets

  • Product packaging and labeling

  • Posters, signage, and promotional displays

  • Social media graphics and digital advertisements

  • Email marketing templates and newsletters

  • Internal and external communication materials (forms, reports, letters)

  • Company profile and portfolio design

  • Event and trade show booth design materials

  • Print and digital marketing collateral

  • Photo editing and image retouching

  • Video thumbnails, cover images, and simple motion graphics

  • Any other creative or design-related requirements as needed by the company

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or Visual Designer

  • A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing relevant design work

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma)

  • Excellent understanding of branding, layout, and visual hierarchy

  • Strong creative thinking and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setup

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
