Desired Candidate Profile
French Level: B2
English Level: B2
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or sales
Grads & Egyptians only
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, support, or related role.
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Eligibility to work in the country of employment.
