French Level: B2

English Level: B2

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or sales

Grads & Egyptians only

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, support, or related role.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
