Core Duties
* Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room changes, and late check-out requests
* Handle guest payments, activate or reissue room keys, and verify billing accuracy
* Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to coordinate room readiness
* Answer guest calls, requests, and questions, ensuring prompt and satisfactory follow-up
* Provide directions, property details, and arrange guest transportation when needed
* Prepare and verify daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports
* Balance receipts, manage cash transactions, and handle financial procedures accurately
* Report safety concerns and follow company policies to protect assets and ensure compliance
* Maintain professional appearance, communication, and service at all times
Candidate Requirements
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Previous front office or hospitality experience preferred but not required
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and remain professional in a luxury hospitality environment
* Basic knowledge of hotel systems and payment handling an advantage
