Greets Patients as they arrive, coordinates with the other concerned departments and informs them about Eden healthcare facilities.
• Provides directions, information and assistance to Eden s visitors, patients and guests.
• Ensures and provides flawless, professional and high class guest service experiences.
• In case of VIP s patient, the greeters should take the patient to the meeting room or the lounge and help him/her to finish the process.
• Responds to guest s needs and directs them to the concerned departments.

Chefs / F&B / Housekeeping / Front Desk

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communications skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
Minimum required Education:
• Bachelor degree in related university.
Language Proficiency:
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
• Other languages are preferred.
Minimum required Professional Experience:
• 6 months of experience in related field.
• Previous experience in health care industry is a plus.
