 Listening and responding to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.
 Managing and resolving all guest complaints and compliments in a professional and courteous   manner.
 Listening and responding to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.
 Assign room to guest request and preference whenever possible.
 Follow all cash handling/banking procedures as per standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma.
 Strong computer skills.
Two years experience in same field.
 Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
