Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent in UAE.
Provide excellent customer service as defined in GuestPath program.
Greet and register guests via a centralized registration computerized system.
Answer guest calls and record details of each conversation for future follow-up.
Check and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts.
Report any accidents or injuries to senior management staff immediately.
Deliver items to guests in the evening.
High school diploma.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Two years experience in same field.
Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
