Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails; provide accurate information or redirect to the concerned department.
Record customer orders and ensure they are properly entered into the system.
Coordinate with the production team to follow up on order status and delivery timelines.
Inform customers when their orders are ready for pickup or delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents.
Assist in preparing reports, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
Support the Administration department with day-to-day office operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
1 3 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
