Role: Front End (ReactJS Developer)

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Experience Ownership
Leading the design, development, and delivery of seamless, user-centered experiences.
Define and track UX success metrics such as usability, adoption, and engagement, ensuring
accessibility and performance in every release.
2. AI-Native Frontend Development
Architect and build scalable, maintainable front-end applications in React.js. Integrate
intelligently with backend and AI services to deliver responsive, data-driven interfaces that
align with the platform's AI-native vision.
3. AI-Powered Design & Prototyping
Independently design and prototype using AI-driven tools like Lovable, Figma AI, and Framer
AI. Produce high-quality interactive mockups or working demos to accelerate validation and
leadership feedback. Maintain a consistent, evolving Figma design system.
4. Iterative Delivery & Continuous Improvement
Deliver in short, testable cycles. Demo regularly, gather feedback, and refine quickly.
Monitor user experience metrics and implement enhancements that improve usability and
overall satisfaction.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with Product, Backend, and AI teams to ensure unified, experience-driven
outcomes. Lead by example in design thinking, performance optimization, and rapid
prototyping. Communicate clearly about priorities, trade-offs, and blockers to maintain
delivery flow.
