Position Overview
This role supports daily Food and Beverage operations by assisting guests, coordinating with kitchen teams, and ensuring smooth service delivery throughout the hotel s dining areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with seating, menu information, and service requests
- Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding orders and menu items
- Prepare dining areas, tables, and service stations before each shift
- Support service flow during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas
- Follow hygiene and safety guidelines
- Report operational issues to supervisors
- Ensure professional communication and conduct at all times
- Support team members to achieve service quality standards
