Our client is looking for an experienced front of house manager for the their prestigious restaurant in Manama, Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and reporting directly to the owners. You will be in the key management role meeting, greeting and taking care of the established and reputable clientele. Excellent working knowledge of financial procedures and floor operations will be essential to succeed in this role. The establishment has 80 covers inside and 25 outside (cool weather only) serving modern exciting European food. The opening hours are from 10.00am daily to 1.00am serving up to 380 covers daily. The restaurant is fully licenced but remains dry during Ramadam.
