Job Summary
This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. To adhere Management Instructions and follow Front Office 1st Level Operations Process by Management.
1. Saudi National
2. University/College Graduate Diploma Telecommunication / Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (CGPA>3.0).
3. English Good speaking, writing and reading.
4. Computer Applications Knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook etc).
5. Telecommunication General Knowledge
6. Information Technology General Knowledge.
7. Customer Service Skills.
8. Communication Skills.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
To adhere Management Instruction.
Event Management.
1st level Incident Management.
Remote Site Access Control.
1st Level Assurance Support activities.
Provide surveillance and first level support .Escalation and Notification of alarms outages to relevant parties.
Monitor alarms and performance information to identify faults/alarms or degradation.
Provide initial analysis to localize issues and restore if possible.
Perform Fault Management by co-coordinating support resources, managing technical escalation to ensure fault is rectified within KPI.
Running of routines & health checks to determine network status.
Respond to escalated Customer Network faults.
Create and update network trouble tickets.
Manage Change Management activity on the networks in real time to ensure all activities comply according to process.
Manage interconnect issues with other carriers.
To strictly follow Front Office 1st Level Operations Process by Management.
