Job Description:
-Maintain the front office handling all incoming phones calls and emails
-Greet clients upon arrival
-Order office inventory and maintain the office equipment
-Plan luncheons and office parties
-Run reports for the partners via Excel and handle daily data entry into existing reports
-Support with putting proposals together
-Assist with additional daily administrative & front office tasks as requested by the partners
-Must have at least three years of experience in front office support
-Experience in the financial industry is a huge plus
-Professional demeanor is required as this is a client facing role
-Must be an intermediate user in the Microsoft Office Suite
