What You Will Be Doing
Provide a warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out services for guests
Anticipate guest needs, address concerns promptly, and ensure complete satisfaction
Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using the hotel booking system
Maintain guest profiles and follow VIP protocols for personalized service
Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms meet quality standards before check-in
Assist guests with luggage handling, concierge requests, and local attraction recommendations
Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy
Upsell room upgrades and additional services to maximize revenue opportunities
Maintain an organized, clean, and well-presented front desk area
Ensure compliance with Pullman brand standards and local regulations
Assist in emergency procedures and safety protocols when required
Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on brand guidelines and hospitality trends

Qualifications
Previous hospitality experience preferred, particularly in front office operations
Familiarity with Opera or similar property management systems
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Professional grooming and adherence to Pullman s appearance standards
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
