Job Description
Assist Front Office Manager & Executive Office to deal with the guests' complaints; ensure all guest complaints are dealt with immediately and followed up on according to the Hotel s standards.
Reply to guest comments online
Ensure that comments are responded within 24 hours on all channels
Provide full support for all Front Office sections
Update monthly attendance & payroll closing

Excellent English skills both verbal and written is mandatory
Previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel.
