Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Front Office Manager in Qatar.
Monitor stock and order office supplies.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the property management system and POS functionality.
Prepare and monitor office budget requirements.
Provide gracious and sincere customer service to all arriving and departing hotel guests and visitors.
Ensure proper mail distribution.
Assist, as directed, in processing and submission of payroll including approval of time cards and timely submittal of payroll records.
Minimum 5 years experience.
Bachelor's degree holder.
Good knowledge in the English language.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
