Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Execute and follow up on daily front-line operations according to company policies and procedures.

  • Monitor incoming requests and ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Handle service disruptions (such as cancellations or delays) and propose solutions.
  • Review and follow up on customer feedback and ensure proper resolution by the operations team.
  • Communicate with service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and tickets.
  • Maintain service quality standards and ensure continuous workflow.
  • Support ongoing improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication tools.
  • Professional command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
