Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute and follow up on daily front-line operations according to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor incoming requests and ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Handle service disruptions (such as cancellations or delays) and propose solutions.
- Review and follow up on customer feedback and ensure proper resolution by the operations team.
- Communicate with service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and tickets.
- Maintain service quality standards and ensure continuous workflow.
- Support ongoing improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication tools.
- Professional command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service roles.
