Roles & Responsibilities

Perform safe and timely refuelling/de-fuelling of aircraft in full compliance with aviation standards, airport regulations, and ADNOC standards.
Coordinate with customer representatives at the aircraft and report all customer feedback, operational and safety issues, and vehicle defects to the supervisor and maintenance team.
Perform quality control checks on product as per ADNOC Aviation Division Quality Control procedures.
Adhere to HSE policy, airport safety and regulations, and ADNOC Integrated Management System.
Refuel and defuel customer aircraft as per assigned schedule ensuring all operations are proper and efficient.
Receive details from superior about fuel quantity, type of dispenser, aircraft parking, gate number, and aircraft type before fuelling.
Check refuelling vehicle for defects before operation, report malfunctions to supervisor.
Drive to apron following speed limits and position refuelling vehicle near aircraft.
Connect bonding hoses to aircraft and hydrant pit, secure hoses and nozzles as per standards.
Disconnect hoses and bonding after fuelling operations completion.
Monitor safety around vehicle and fuelling process continuously.
Verify fuel requirement with aircraft technician/pilot and start fuelling as instructed.
Perform product visual checks as per Aviation Quality Manual during and after fuelling.
Operate refueler vehicle following airport safety and security rules, complete delivery ticket process.
Load refueler vehicle as per supervisor instructions.
Perform defueling operations including sampling and quality control checks.
Inform shift supervisor about defueling completion and wait for instructions.
Follow emergency plans, evacuation procedures, and use safety equipment and fire extinguishers as needed.
Participate in HSE campaigns, training, awareness sessions, and comply with PPE and safety regulations.
Report all incidents and near misses immediately to supervisor.
Carry out regular fire-fighting inspections and operations as required.
Take regular fuel samples before, during, and after refuelling for quality control.
Perform serviceability checks of mobile and static fuelling equipment as assigned.
Carry out manual tasks such as cleaning pits, hose handling, sample taking, and replenishing refuelers.
Report equipment defects and problems to shift supervisor and log them in maintenance logbook.
Assist and support customers, guide them to safe practices and report concerns to supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possession of UAE valid manual heavy-duty driving license.
Possession of UAE valid light-duty driving license (preferably manual).
Valid forklift license (as per the site requirement).
