Full Stack Developer Location: Abu Dhabi (Onsite) Budget: Up to AED 25K per month About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications integrating frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across backend and frontend development, cloud deployment, and security implementation — ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance software delivery within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Real-Time Communication Development o Design and integrate Matrix and LiveKit platforms for secure, low-latency messaging, conferencing, and collaboration.(Must Have) 2. Full-Stack Engineering o Lead end-to-end delivery across Java/Go/Python and React/Flutter, ensuring scalable APIs, clean architecture, and testable code. 3. Security & PKI Implementation o Deploy PKI-based authentication, manage certificates, and integrate TLS, JWT, and OAuth2 for enterprise-grade security. 4. Cloud & DevOps Automation o Drive deployments via Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and CI/CD, managing infrastructure on AWS/GCP with monitoring and cost efficiency. 5. Architecture & Performance Optimization o Define secure, modular system architecture; lead design reviews, benchmarking, and continuous performance improvements.
