Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Acquire and close the first 2 UAE clients within 30 days using lean paid and organic channels.
- Launch and manage ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google with clear tracking and daily optimization.
- Build a lightweight funnel: lead capture form, WhatsApp and email follow-up, simple CRM pipeline.
- Productize and market fixed-scope sprint offers for Shopify merchants with urgent needs.
- Run a short sales cycle (48 to 72 hours) with fast follow-ups and clear scope control.
- Build referrals and partnerships to reduce acquisition cost over time.
- Track performance daily (cost per lead, cost per conversation, conversion rate, CAC) and report results.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to launch and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, and/or Google).
- Strong outbound skills: LinkedIn outreach, cold messaging, cold email, WhatsApp selling.
- Strong analytics and tracking fundamentals: GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs.
- Builder mindset: you can create systems and execute without heavy support.
- Willing to relocate to the UAE after initial traction.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Notion, or similar.
- Familiarity with tracking tools: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, UTM tracking.
- Experience using outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp Business, cold email tools.
- Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier or Make.
- Creative skills with Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
