Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business processes and map them to Dynamics 365 Finance capabilities, identifying gaps and proposing effective solutions.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets) to meet specific client requirements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and provide end-user training.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance functional consultant associate certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing or retail industry sector is a strong asset.
