Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Paint and finish wooden furniture and panels
Prepare wood surfaces (sanding, filling, priming)
Apply paint, polish, lacquer, or protective coatings
Match colors and finishes as required
Use spray guns, brushes, and painting tools properly
Fix minor paint or finish defects
Maintain quality and neat finishing standards
Keep tools and work area clean and organized
Follow supervisor instructions and safety rules
Complete work on time and meet deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience working with modern solid wood furniture
Skilled in spray painting, lacquer, PU, and matte finishes
Strong knowledge of solid wood surface preparation
Excellent attention to detail and smooth finishing quality
Good color matching skills for modern designs
Able to fix minor defects and do clean touch-ups
Works neatly and maintains high quality standards
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and disciplined
Willing to learn new finishing techniques
Preferably based in Abu Dhabi
