Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare furniture surfaces by meticulously sanding, stripping, and filling imperfections to create a flawless base for painting.
  • Expertly apply various paint finishes, including lacquers, enamels, and stains, ensuring even coverage and a professional appearance.
  • Color-match and blend paints to achieve desired hues and effects, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and color theory.
  • Utilize spray guns, brushes, and rollers with precision to achieve smooth, consistent finishes on diverse furniture types.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Completion of a vocational training program in furniture painting or a related field is preferred.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as those related to spray gun operation or paint application, is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in furniture painting, showcasing a portfolio of completed projects.
