Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in mathematics and science for PYP and MYP students.

  • Design lessons that integrate IB frameworks, fostering inquiry, exploration, and interdisciplinary connections.
  • Develop students skills in numeracy, scientific reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor and support student progress.
  • Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
  • Create a positive, engaging, and safe classroom environment that promotes collaboration and curiosity.
  • Organize and supervise science experiments, investigations, and real-world applications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary units and school initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the wider school community.
