Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

-Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement localized social media strategies for each market in alignment with overall brand goals and campaign objectives.
Build country-specific content calendars with relevant cultural, seasonal, and trend insights.
-Content & Community Management:
Oversee the creation, curation, and publishing of high-quality, platform-appropriate content across Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
Manage community engagement, respond to customer comments and messages, and escalate issues when needed.
-Campaign Execution:
Drive and manage end-to-end execution of social-first campaigns across the GCC.
Work closely with PR, marketing, and brand teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
-Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor and report on performance metrics, community sentiment, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Shape Keeta's social strategy across the high-growth GCC region.
Create culturally powerful content for diverse Gulf audiences.
Build vibrant communities and manage key influencer relationships.
Drive measurable results using data and social insights.
Collaborate with top talent in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Desired Candidate Profile

1.8+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a regional or multi-market GCC role.
2.Deep understanding of social media trends, behaviors, and audience nuances across the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
3.Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written); French is a plus.
4.Proven experience managing creators, influencers, and online communities.
5.Experience with social media publishing, analytics, and listening tools.
6.Strong crisis communication instincts and experience handling sensitive topics on social platforms.
7.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
8.Ability to travel across the region as needed.
