Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain all financial records using QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
- Track invoices, process customer payments, and manage vendor bills.
- Generate and send invoices for towing jobs, storage fees, and related services.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank, credit card, and merchant account reconciliations.
- Assist in processing employee payroll and maintaining payroll records (if applicable).
- Monitor and categorize all operational and fuel-related expenses.
- Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and job profitability analysis.
- Ensure tax filings and business licenses are up to date.
- Reconcile dispatch tickets with customer invoicing to ensure accuracy.
- Track depreciation, maintenance, and insurance costs for company vehicles.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper.
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Very good in English ( written and spoken).
- Knowledge of tow management systems (TowBook) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial processes.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other accounting tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with expertise in QuickBooks to join our growing towing company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting, and will understand the specific cash flow and billing needs. Knowledge of industry-specific billing software is a plus.
