Roles & Responsibilities
Your Role
- Manage full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closings.
- Work directly with the CFO and C-suite on financial planning and strategy.
- Lead P&L forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, audits, and reporting standards.
- Provide actionable financial insights to guide executive decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile
Who You Are
- 4 6+ years of UAE accounting experience (BPO or service industry background preferred).
- Strong skills in P&L management, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident operating in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with executives on high-level decisions.
