Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role: General Dentist.
Hours: Various clinic timings. 5 days. Up to 48 hrs.
Primary Responsibility:
- Remove decay from teeth and fill cavities
- Repair cracked or fractured teeth and remove teeth
- Straighten teeth to correct bite issues
- Place sealants or whitening agents on teeth
- Administer anaesthetics to keep patients from feeling pain during procedures
- Write prescriptions for antibiotics or other medications
- Examine x rays of teeth, gums, the jaw, and nearby areas for problems
- Make models and measurements for dental appliances, such as dentures, to fit patients
- Teach patients about diet, flossing, use of fluoride, and other aspects of dental care
Desired Candidate Profile
Holding DHA license.
- Must have qualified, training or experience in Europe, US, Canada or Australia.
- With at least 5 yrs post qualification experience
- With experience in either General, Aesthetics, Fixed & Implant Prosthetics.
- Ideally with at least 1 yr working in Dubai.
- Will consider those for overseas relocation.
- With relevant educational and professional qualifications such as DMD or DDS.
