Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations to assess oral health, identifying issues such as cavities, gum disease, and oral cancer with precision.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals, ensuring the highest quality of care and patient comfort.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, incorporating patient education to promote long-term oral health.
- Utilize advanced imaging technology and diagnostic tools to enhance the accuracy of diagnoses and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current with the latest dental practices and innovations through continuous education and professional development.
- Manage patient records and documentation meticulously, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively while monitoring patient responses throughout procedures.
- Engage in proactive patient communication, addressing concerns and fostering trust to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote oral health awareness and attract new patients to the practice.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience with digital dentistry tools and software, enhancing diagnostic accuracy and treatment planning.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage for patient communication.
Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, vital for performing intricate dental procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse patient populations.
Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring precision in dental work and thoroughness in patient assessments.

Full-Time General Dentist (Female) Requirements: • Valid MOH, DOH, or DHA license (or eligibility letter). • Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry. Desired Skills: • Strong clinical knowledge across all general dentistry procedures. • Excellent patient communication and chairside manner. • Confidence in treatment planning and case presentation. • Ability to work independently while being a team player. • Commitment to high standards of infection control and patient safety. Offer: • Full-time position. • Percentage-based salary (discussed during interview).
