Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain accurate general ledger records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and discrepancies resolved.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring financial data and documentation are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to process improvements and finance system enhancements, including ERP implementation and automation initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / ICA or equivalent).
  • 2 3 years of accounting or finance experience, ideally within a structured finance environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (IFRS or GAAP) with exposure to audits and reconciliations.
