General Maintenance Foreman

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).

• Lead maintenance activities for irrigation systems, pumps, pipelines, and related farm equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime of facilities and equipment.

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and inventory.

• Train and guide maintenance staff to improve skills and efficiency.

• Liaise with farm management and other departments to support smooth operations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge in Irrigation, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical systems .

• Prior experience in large-scale agricultural or farm projects is highly desirable.

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and reporting.

• Ability to work in outdoor farm environments and handle multiple tasks.

1. Basic Salary QAR3000 + QAR300 Food Allowance + QAR200Other Allowances = Total Salary QAR3500/month + Accommodation + Transportation and other standard benefits as per Qatar Labour Law.

4. Over Time: As per work demands
5. Contact Period: 2 Years
