Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization with full P&L ownership, driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

  • Define and execute strategic initiatives to expand market presence and strengthen competitive advantage.

  • Inspire, mentor, and lead senior leadership teams to achieve operational and strategic excellence.

  • Build and maintain influential relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

  • Drive organizational transformation through innovation, process optimization, and high-performance culture.

  • Ensure corporate governance, compliance, and risk management at the highest level.

  • Represent the company in executive forums, industry boards, and strategic negotiations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven executive leader with 20+ years of senior management FMCG experience; minimum 5 years at C-level or equivalent.

  • Track record of successfully leading and scaling FMCG businesses within the UAE and GCC region

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
