Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for the precast division.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop long-term business strategy and market expansion plans.
• Oversee precast manufacturing plants, production planning, and quality control.
• Ensure timely supply of precast elements for infrastructure and construction projects.
• Improve plant productivity, cost optimization, and process efficiency.
• Coordinate with construction and project teams for design, production, and installation of precast components.
• Ensure compliance with international quality and safety standards.
• Develop relationships with contractors, developers, and infrastructure companies.
• Identify opportunities in industrial, infrastructure, and commercial construction projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams including plant operations, engineering, sales, and project management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience running a precast manufacturing business unit.
• Strong exposure to plant operations and project execution.
• Experience handling large precast plants supplying to infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in GCC / international markets would be an advantage.
