Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to identify health issues promptly.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Manage chronic diseases by regularly monitoring patient progress and adjusting management strategies as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications for improved outcomes.
- Perform minor surgical procedures and assist in more complex surgeries, demonstrating proficiency and precision.
- Collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams to provide integrated care, ensuring all aspects of a patient's health are addressed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, documenting patient interactions and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
- Stay abreast of medical advancements and integrate new evidence into clinical practice to enhance patient care.
- Participate in community health initiatives to promote wellness and preventive care within the population served.
- Provide timely consultations and respond to medical inquiries, maintaining a strong patient-provider relationship.
