Roles & Responsibilities

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western trained General Practitioner Longevity and Functional Medicine for their client in Dubai, a reputed chain of holistic wellness and integrative medicine clinics across Dubai and UAE.

We are looking for Physicians with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience.You would be responsible for taking a proactive, whole-person approach to healthcare, combining conventional treatments with evidence based complementary therapies. Aiming to address the root cause of diseases and optimizing overall well being as opposed to only managing symptoms. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations that consider the patient's full medical history, genetic factors, lifestyle, mental and emotional state, and environmental exposures to identify the underlying causes of health issues.Utilize advanced diagnostics beyond routine lab work to get a complete picture of a patient's health. This may include genetic screening, biomarker analysis, and functional medicine evaluations.

Focus on preventing age-related chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and neurodegenerative disorders. This involves proactive interventions and lifestyle modifications to slow the biological aging process. Develop and implement highly customized plans that integrate both conventional and alternative approaches, such as nutritional counseling, exercise regimens, stress-management techniques, and targeted supplementation. Work with a wide range of healthcare professionals, including nutritionists, health coaches, physical therapists, and other specialists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care. Administer and oversee advanced therapies such as peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and regenerative medicine to improve cellular function, tissue repair, and overall vitality.

Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the rapidly evolving fields of longevity science, functional medicine, and integrative health practices. Empower patients to take an active role in their own health journey by providing education on wellness strategies, disease prevention, and the science behind their treatment plan. Maintain thorough and accurate medical records and ensure all procedures and practices adhere to ethical standards and relevant healthcare regulations.

Candidates without the following / equivalent qualifications would not qualify for this role - board certification or diploma in anti-aging medicine, longevity medicine, integrative medicine, functional medicine , alternative medicine.

Salary : Aed 30,000 per month plus incentives (Salary mentioned on the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
