Building Materials For a well established Building Materials company in Dubai
Male candidate. Arab national. Age 35-50 years old. Bachelor or Master University degree in Business Administration; major Sales, Marketing or Distribution, from well-reputed universities
Min. 7-10 years of sales and marketing experience in the industrial or contracting sector in the GCC area, with at least 3-5 years as Sales Manager/Director, Sales & Marketing Manager/Director, General Sales Manager/Director, Commercial Manager/Director or related within well-established preferably large local, regional or multinational building and/or construction material companies preferably in UAE and/OR GCC area.
Strong exposure to sale strategies and planning
Strong team management experience
Based in Dubai and covering the GCC market (UAE, Qatar and Oman)
Will establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products, maintain sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Will prepare yearly targets with set up margins and get it approved by the management, meet with the Board quarterly, follow up production at factory, ensure billing on time and collection of dues in order to maintain a healthy cash flow. Build a business network by maintaining and adding new prime suppliers and clients especially among developers, contractors and consultants.
