In conjunction with the Technical Manager, helps ensure the smooth running of the hotel's technical installations
Interacts - cooperates with others in the Engineering Department.
Interacts with other Departments when necessary to provide additional or specialized services for functions, promotions and festivities.
Under the guidance of the Heat, Light and Power, Chief Engineer, operates, maintains and repairs all aspects of the hotels machinery and equipment, in accordance with ACCOR standards, achieve optimum operating efficiency at all times.
Attends to repairs and maintenance of all types of mechanical equipment such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, laundry and kitchen equipment, pumps, water and sewage treatment plants.
Carries out routine maintenance and repairs to all types of electrical equipment such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment including motors and motor controls, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, emergency generators and minor plumbing works.
Respects guests' privacy and works without disturbing them
Actively contributes to guests' comfort
Ensures that the supplied uniform is clean and in good repair. Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance before entering a guest or public areas.
Communicates and cooperates with the other departments
Responds to a guest maintenance request within 15 minutes on receipt of the same.
