Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance of guest rooms and public areas

  • Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks as per schedule
  • Troubleshoot equipment faults and repair breakdowns
  • Maintain lighting systems and power distribution
  • Repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings
  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards
  • Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests
  • Coordinate effectively with housekeeping and engineering departments

Desired Candidate Profile

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Immediate joiners preferred
